I had an interview with two other experienced Realtors before Sherry. Neither one had knowledge of the building or the pricing of the units. She didn’t have to look at them, since she already knew all the floor plans, square footage, values of all units, how much they had been sold for and how long they had been on the market. Had I not met Sherry (and listed my condo with another Realtor), I would have lost more than $10,000. Sherry had my condo listed and sold within 24 hours and exceeded all my expectations!
